



About the gym
We’re an independent, 24-hour strength and conditioning gym in Bedford, built around expert coaching, community spirit, and functional fitness that delivers real results.
Our coaching team holds qualifications across Personal Training Levels 1–4, British Weightlifting Levels 1–3, and CrossFit Levels 1 & 2, with additional expertise in gymnastics and functional strength development. We’re proud to also have a sports therapist and a certified medical nutritionist on site — so our support goes beyond training alone.
Our programming combines strength work (including Olympic weightlifting), conditioning, skill development, and mobility — drawing from proven functional fitness principles to help people of all levels build real-world strength and long-term athleticism.
Whether you're training in a coached class, working 1-to-1 with a PT, or using our open gym access around your schedule, you'll be part of a community that values progress over ego, and support over hype.
